Chelsie Smith Johnson is the Broker-in-Charge and proud owner of Stateline Realty. Chelsie has built Stateline Realty on a foundation of faith, family, hard work, and genuine care for the people she serves.

Since launching her career in 2021, Chelsie has successfully guided hundreds of real estate transactions from start to finish, working independently rather than as part of a team. Her experience spans buyers, sellers, residential homes, investment properties, land, and more...always with a focus on clear communication and strong advocacy for her clients.

Chelsie is a devoted wife to Jeremy Johnson, and together they form a strong backbone for the firm. She is also a proud mother of four, balancing business ownership with homemaking and family life. Outside of real estate, Chelsie enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family.

As a leader, she is passionate about mentoring and supporting her agents, helping them grow both professionally and personally. As a broker, she is deeply committed to protecting her clients’ best interests and making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Peggy Knight Smith

Peggy Knight Smith brings a wealth of experience in public service and community involvement to Stateline Realty. She served as Town Clerk of Southern Pines for 12 years and also as Town Clerk of Gibson, roles that allowed her to build strong relationships and deep local knowledge throughout both Moore County and Scotland County. This background gives Peggy a unique understanding of local government, records, and community resources — all of which greatly benefit her real estate clients.

Peggy is also a certified Notary Public, and notary services are available on site at our Gibson, NC home office by appointment only.

Known for her warmth, integrity, and attention to detail, Peggy is committed to making each client feel supported and informed through every step of the buying or selling process. She is a proud grandmother of four and is well known in her community for her incredible talent in the kitchen.

I am a proud native of Scotland County and recently began an exciting new chapter as a real estate broker. With a background in education, I've spent the past four years teaching English Language Arts in the public school systeman experience that deepened my love for helping others, and taught me the value of patience and connection.

I hold an associate degree in Biology from RCC and a bachelor's in Education from UNCP. My heart has always been rooted in serving my community, and now I'm thrilled to continue doing that through real estate helping families and

individuals find the perfect place to call home.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mom to three amazing children, Gabriel, Lucca, and Sophie!

Johnnie Brigman

I have been in Dentistry for 29 years starting as a Dental Assistant and completing the remainder 23 years as a Dental Hygienist. I have lived in many areas of NC and SC but the beach is always where l end up. I have had numerous activities as jobs to stay active in the community such as teaching Yoga (certified yoga instructor) and training lifeguards (LGI certification through American Redcross). I am a licensed NC Home inspector and a licensed health insurance producer for health and sickness.

My pets are my children Jed, Jethro and Lucille all rescues and the center of my world. I will be getting married in June on Sunset Beach NC to Mark a high school sweetheart. Interesting facts I still have my pink jeep from high school and am the biggest beach bum ever. Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy Johnson is the devoted husband of Broker-in-Charge Chelsie Johnson and a true backbone of Stateline Realty. He is the man behind the scenes who keeps the brokerage moving smoothly each day.

Jeremy personally restored a 3,000-square-foot building to create Stateline Realty’s home office, bringing his wife's vision to life. His carpentry skills and determination turned a dream into a physical reality, and his role in the company continues to reflect that same heart and commitment.

At Stateline Realty, Jeremy handles sign installation and removal, lockbox management and inventory, and technology support for the office.

He is also a licensed drone pilot, providing the firm with professional real estate photography and videography, including aerial imaging that helps showcase listings beautifully.

Jeremy is a loving father of four and a talented carpenter who takes pride in serving both his family and his community.

Mike Johnson

Licensed Locksmith

Mike Johnson is a long-time licensed locksmith and the proud owner of Mike’s Locksmithing in Laurel Hill, North Carolina. Affectionately known throughout the community as “Papa Mike,” he is recognized for his kindness, reliability, and unwavering faith.

With years of hands-on experience, Mike has assisted countless Stateline Realty clients with rekeying properties, lock repairs and replacements and fast emergency locksmith services

His work is known for being both affordable and prompt, and he consistently goes above and beyond to help families feel safe and secure in their homes.
